POLICIES

As we continue to grow and expand, we have discovered that we need to put into place some new policies. We need these new policies so we can continue to do our best every day to accommodate all of our wonderful clients.

Cancellations
Our business is appointment-based. It only works when appointments are kept. We do realize that occasionally, “real life” intrudes on previously-laid plans.  Our policy is to take a charge card number so that we can secure your appointment.  We kindly ask that if you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  If you fail to do so, 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card.

 If you miss your appointment, (no show without any notice) you will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment booked. This ensures attendance at each appointment.

We are continuing to adhere to all CDC and local health department policies to provide you with the safest salon environment possible.
