As we continue to grow and expand, we have discovered that we need to put into place some new policies. We need these new policies so we can continue to do our best every day to accommodate all of our wonderful clients.
Our business is appointment-based. It only works when appointments are kept. We do realize that occasionally, “real life” intrudes on previously-laid plans. For that reason, it is our policy to give each client a “second chance” the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel/reschedule, please do it as soon as possible.
In order to hold and reserve an appointment slot, we must take a credit card number. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged %50 of the cost of the appointment booked. This ensures attendance at each appointment.
We are continuing to adhere to all CDC and local health department policies to provide you with the safest salon environment possible.
